When Lowe’s Home Improvement was looking to deliver better wellness outcomes for employees, we developed and implemented a screenings tour that now visits 1,700+ store locations annually across the country.
At the center of the program, touring Mobile Health Vehicles (MHVs) provide a foundation for low-impact, high participation employee engagement.
Onboard, we provide a full suite of health screenings, offer real-time results review, and promote utilization of other benefits programs as part of a holistic engagement strategy.
Together, our teams visit roughly 1,700 stores annually, delivering screenings to almost 65,000 participating Associates each year. Independent analyses have demonstrated a strong correlation between screenings participation, reduced health issues, and reduced long-term care expenses.
